The Team Behind CalemPro LLC
CalemPro LLC is led by Herani Kebede and Heran Biru, two experienced professionals with a proven ability to manage complex operations, meet deadlines, and support mission-critical work in high-pressure environments.
Herani Kebede has overseen more than $50 million in federal grant submissions for medical research teams at Cornell University, demonstrating advanced skills in compliance, coordination, and large-scale document management. Her background shows she understand she understands how to follow federal guidelines, manage timelines, and ensure accuracy across multiple moving parts making her highly capable of supporting government contracts.
Heran Biru brings a dual background in finance and marketing strategy, having worked in underwriting and business development for Lilogy, a DC-based financial firm. In addition to her corporate experience, Heran maintains a strong professional network across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. Her resourcefulness, vendor relationships, and understanding of local systems give CalemPro a unique ability to activate quickly and operate efficiently within the region.
Together, Herani and Heran lead CalemPro with a commitment to professionalism, compliance, and execution—offering the skills and structure agencies look for in a reliable contracting partner.
